Arrests

Rebeka Chilel-Lopez, 20, of Central Avenue was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operating of a motor vehicle, ingesting alcohol from an open container, motor vehicle operator refusal to provide identity, person under 21 possessing liquor, and disorderly conduct at 9:04 p.m. Sunday. 

Mark Johnson, 65, of West Baltimore was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 10:14 a.m. Monday. 

Jesel Ortiz, 26, of Stevens Street, Lowell was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, willful malicious property damage, and resisting arrest at 3:16 p.m. Sunday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:11 p.m. Sunday at 29 Boston St.; at 6:04 p.m. Sunday at 9 Linwood Road; at 6:33 p.m. Sunday at 494 Western Ave.; at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at 17 High Rock St.; at 7:52 p.m. Sunday at 4 Lynnfield St.; at 8:39 p.m. Sunday at Domino’s Pizza, 341 Union St.; at 8:52 p.m. Sunday at 411 Lynnway; at 5:16 a.m. Monday at Forest Street and Grove Street; at 9:51 a.m. Monday at 15 Spring Road. 

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 4:50 p.m. Sunday at 25 Spring View Dr.; at 8:33 p.m. Sunday at 263 Chatham St. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Lynnway and Marine Boulevard; at 8:59 p.m. Sunday at 41 Broadway.

A report of a disturbance at 8:05 p.m. Sunday at 116 Broad St.; at 8:07 p.m. Sunday at 90 Harmon St.; at 8:12 p.m. Sunday at Broadway and Magnolia Avenue; at 10:07 a.m. Monday at 103 Liberty St. 

Persons in Crisis 

A report of a person in crisis at 12:17 p.m. Sunday at Chestnut Street; at 7:04 p.m. Sunday at Taco Bell, 124 Boston St.; at 9:34 a.m. Monday at 5 Lander St. 

Suspicious Activity 

A report of suspicious activity at 10:07 p.m. Sunday at Shorey Street and Union Street.

A report of larceny at 5:40 p.m. Sunday at 78 Central Ave.; at 9:29 a.m. Monday at 9 Needhams Landing Road.

A report of trespassing at 8:22 p.m. Sunday at 526 Western Ave.

A report of an ordinance violation at 2:38 p.m. Sunday at High Rock Tower, Circuit Avenue.

A report of a disturbance at 10:34 a.m. Sunday at 1014 Humphrey St. A caller reported an older female motorist followed her to her residence to confront her about her alleged improper driving.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 4:18 a.m. Sunday at 24 Duncan Terrace. The reporting party heard a loud bang and saw nothing on her security camera.; at 9:02 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Millett Road and Oak Road. Caller reported a person sleeping in a black Toyota.

A report of a suspicious package at 7:03 p.m. Sunday at 197 Essex St. A store clerk reported a package with white powder. Police discovered crushed candies in the package.
