LYNN – Police confirmed that what was initially reported as a stabbing Thursday morning at 195 Market St. was actually a fall that caused lacerations to the victim’s body.
Lt. Rick Connick said there was nothing to indicate that it was a stabbing despite initial reports which said a person had their throat slashed. The fall victim was transported to the hospital.
