LYNN

Arrests

John Oneal, 72, was arrested and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct at 7:56 p.m. Saturday.

Michael Chhoeun, 40, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and trespassing at 12:41 a.m. Sunday. 

Wilson Bustos Cifuentes, of 155 Alley St., was arrested and charged with failing to stop/yield, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and on warrant charges for wilfully obstructing an emergency vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 3:04 a.m. Sunday. 

Christopher Landry was arrested on warrant charges for possession of a Class B drug at 5:46 p.m. Sunday. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injuries at 5:21 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Boston Street and Bulfinch St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:59 a.m. Saturday at 34 Smith St.; at 1:56 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of High Street and Liberty Street; at 11:26 p.m. Saturday at 146 Jackson St. 

Assaults

A report of assault and battery at 4:01 p.m. Sunday outside of 130 Neptune Boulevard. 

A report of an assault at 8:40 a.m. Saturday at 137 Childs St.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 1:09 a.m. Saturday at 271 Chatham St.; at 8:15 p.m. Saturday on floor one of 18 Chestnut Ave.; at 1:14 a.m. Sunday at 32 Chestnut St. 

Fires

A report of a one-alarm fire at 8:08 a.m. Saturday at 148 Liberty St.; at 8:48 a.m. Saturday at 501 Washington St.; at 8:40 p.m. Saturday at 605 Eastern Ave.; at 12:19 a.m. Sunday at 21 Margin St.; at 2:03 p.m. Sunday at 137 Broad St.

A report of a found motor vehicle at 2:48 p.m. at 62 Nahant St. 

Neighbor Problem

A report of a problem with a neighbor at 2:03 p.m. Saturday at 4 Kingsley Ter. 

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 8:28 a.m. Saturday.

A report of suspicious activity at 12:48 a.m. Saturday at 81 Orchard St.; at 10:02 a.m. Saturday at 82 Waterhill St.; at 2:46 p.m. Sunday at 35 Reed St.

Thefts

A report of larceny at 1:55 p.m. Saturday at 23 Ashland St.; at 3:09 p.m. Saturday at 68 Collins St. 

A report of a con/scam at 4:25 p.m. Saturday at 26 Gardiner St.; at 10:04 a.m. Sunday at 65 Light St. 

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 6:28 a.m. Saturday at 166 Washington St.; at 9:26 a.m. Saturday at 50 Western Ave.; at 11:25 p.m. Saturday at 170 S Common St.; at 10:01 a.m. Sunday at 102 Boston St. 

A report of a past breaking and entering at 9:22 a.m. Saturday at 409 Chestnut St.

A report of a past breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at 9:53 a.m. Saturday at 409 Chestnut St.; at 11:55 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of 105 Lewis St.; at 10:20 a.m. Sunday at 84 Bay View Ave. 

Unwanted Guests

A report of an unwanted guest at 8:57 a.m. Saturday at 45 Arlington St.; at 4:08 p.m. Saturday at 9 Union St.; at 7:59 p.m. Saturday at 21 Johnson St.; at 3:41 p.m. Sunday at 953 Western Ave. 

Vandalism

A report of vandalism of a motor vehicle at 3:00 p.m. Sunday at 12 Rock Ave. 

MARBLEHEAD

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:37 a.m. Saturday in the vicinity of Commercial Street and Atlantic Avenue; at 5:28 p.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street. 

Suspicious

A report of suspicious activity at 1:53 a.m. Saturday on Hines Street; at 4:43 a.m. Saturday on Stramski Way. 

Water Problem

A report of a water problem at 8:51 p.m. Saturday on Gallison Avenue.

SWAMPSCOTT

Disturbance

A caller reported a white pickup truck driving around the area of Fosters Dam yelling at people at 12:39 a.m. Sunday at Foster Road. A group of men with t-shirts on their heads were seen inside the vehicle. The vehicle was located and officers spoke to the youths inside. 

Hazards

A caller reported a sewage backup in his basement at 7:28 p.m. Saturday at 470 Puritan Road. 

An officer reported shutting off a road due to flooding caused by heavy rain at 8:14 p.m. Saturday at 215 Burrill St. 

A report of flooding at 8:15 p.m. Saturday at Norfolk and Stetson Avenues. The road was flooded from the intersection of Franklin and Stetson to Norfolk and Stetson. The caller said a car had driven into the flooded area and became disabled. 

A report of a large puddle in the roadway at 9:12 p.m. Saturday at Sagan Agency Realtors, 300 Salem St. 

Suspicious

A house sitter reported an open door and requested a walkthrough at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at 39 Dead Eye Run. Everything appeared in order. 

A caller reported an approximately 40-year-old bald man wearing a blue shirt was in her driveway looking into her house at 7:52 p.m. Saturday at 13 Erie St. The caller said the man was now across the street from her home in a white Toyota SUV with no plate. The reporting party said she heard the man talking on the phone standing next to the car. The man was gone by the time police arrived on the scene. 

A caller who was home alone reported believing someone was in the residence with them at 8:21 p.m. Saturday at 61 Glen Road. Officers determined the storm was the source of the noise.
