LYNN

Arrests

Wilson Bustos Cifuentes of Alley Street was arrested for a straight warrant charge, failure to stop/yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, as well as warrant charges of wilfully obstructing an emergency vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle as well at 3:04 a.m. Sunday.

Michael Chhoeun was arrested on two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of trespassing at 12 a.m. Sunday.

Christopher Landry was arrested on warrant charges for possession of a class B drug at 5:46 a.m. Sunday

Anthony Sheppard of Washington Street was arrested for a charge of assault and battery and drug possession at 8:45 p.m. Sunday.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 1:14 a.m. at 32 Chesnut St.

Fireworks

A report of fireworks at 9: 46 p.m. in the area of 10 Michigan Ter.

Hazardous Conditions

A report of a hazardous condition at 9:55 at 87 Broad St. #1; at 11:24 a.m. at 82 Waterhill St.

Larceny

A report of a disturbance at 10:26 p.m. Sunday on the corner of Pleasant and Cross Streets. Could not locate.

A report of a disturbance at 11:08 p.m. Sunday on Village Street. Services Rendered.

Found/Lost Property

A report of Found/lost property at 1:59 p.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street. Services rendered.

A report of Found/lost property at 2:21 p.m. Sunday on the corners of Elm and Watson Street. Services rendered.

A report of Found/lost property at 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the vicinity of Kimball and Nahant Street. Services rendered.

PEABODY

Arrest

Fernando Goncalves Torres, 33, of Tremont Street was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after police responded to a report of a vehicle into a parked car and an unconscious operator. 

Accident

A report of a possible hit and run collision at 8:45 p.m. Sunday at Descenza Jewelers, 161 Andover St. An officer spoke with the calling party who reported being confronted by the vehicle ahead of them alleging she rear-ended them. The calling party pulled over to try and exchange information but the other driver yelled at her, took a picture of her plate, and left the area. There was no visible damage on the caller’s vehicle.

Animal

A report of a black medium sized dog with no tags or collar who wandered into the caller’s yard at 6:10 p.m. Sunday at 1 Krochmal Road. The dog, a female chocolate lab, was taken to the station for safekeeping. 

Assault

A caller reported an employee at Dunkin Donuts assaulted her son by throwing food and drink at him at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Dunkin’, 572 Lowell St. 

Complaints

A report of loud music at 1:09 a.m. Sunday at 73 Ellsworth Road. The music was lowered for the night. 

A report of a loud argument at 10:35 a.m. Sunday at 14 Foster St. The argument was verbal in nature and over cloths and plants. The parties were separated. 

Dispute

A report of a neighbor dispute at 4:11 p.m. Sunday at 68 Connolly Terrace. An officer spoke with all parties, who aired their grievances. 

Disturbance

A report of a female in distress in the lobby area at 4:22 a.m. Sunday at Holiday Inn Peabody, 1 Newbury St. The party left before officers arrived. 

A report of a dispute between a tow truck driver and a tenant at 7:28 a.m. Sunday at 1000 Crane Brook Way. 

A caller reported multiple vehicles playing loud music at 10:55 p.m. Sunday at Chocolate Bakery, 76 Walnut St. A dispatched officer reported there was no noise when they pulled up. 

Lost

A caller at 7:05 p.m. Sunday reported he believed he lost his wallet the previous night while at Bill & Bob’s, 2 Central St.

SWAMPSCOTT

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 12:39 a.m. Saturday at Foster Road. Caller reported a group of young males with t-shirts on their heads driving  a white pickup truck driving around yelling at people.
