Arrest
Fernando Goncalves Torres, 33, of Tremont Street was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after police responded to a report of a vehicle into a parked car and an unconscious operator.
Accident
A report of a possible hit and run collision at 8:45 p.m. Sunday at Descenza Jewelers, 161 Andover St. An officer spoke with the calling party who reported being confronted by the vehicle ahead of them alleging she rear-ended them. The calling party pulled over to try and exchange information but the other driver yelled at her, took a picture of her plate, and left the area. There was no visible damage on the caller’s vehicle.
Animal
A report of a black medium sized dog with no tags or collar who wandered into the caller’s yard at 6:10 p.m. Sunday at 1 Krochmal Road. The dog, a female chocolate lab, was taken to the station for safekeeping.
Assault
A caller reported an employee at Dunkin Donuts assaulted her son by throwing food and drink at him at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Dunkin’, 572 Lowell St.
Complaints
A report of loud music at 1:09 a.m. Sunday at 73 Ellsworth Road. The music was lowered for the night.
A report of a loud argument at 10:35 a.m. Sunday at 14 Foster St. The argument was verbal in nature and over cloths and plants. The parties were separated.
