Peter Malan of W Baltimore Street was arrested on charges of one count of concealing a number plate violation, one count of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, one count of having an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer and one charge of possession of a class B substance at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Leonor Siquera Da Silva, 30, of Union Street will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Union and Tremont streets.
Thomas Patrick Gallant, 37, of Sprague Street will be summonsed to court for malicious destruction of property valued at over $1200.

Animal
A report of a husky that got loose at 11:32 a.m. Tuesday at 6 Kosciuko St. and 94 Franklin St. Police received follow up calls reporting the husky at 82 Franklin St. The dog was found and taken to the police department, where it was picked up by the owner’s friend. A $50 citation was Deannab Tracchia-Pinto of 22 Fay Ave. There are several documented incidents of the dog getting out in the last year.
Complaint
A caller reported a male guest stole a key fob from her purse and stole her rental car, a metallic blue Chevy Malibu, at 10:14 p.m. Tuesday at Hampton Inn, 59 Newbury St.
Disturbance
A neighbor reported excessive noise coming from a party disassembling his tent trailer at 8:21 p.m. Tuesday at 20 Harris St.
Fight
A report of two residents having a physical altercation at 6:27 p.m. Tuesday at Lowell Crossing Enterprises Group Home, 349 Lowell St. The parties were separated and evaluated and signed refusals for treatment. Peace was restored and the residents agreed to stay away from each other. Staff was satisfied with that outcome.
Hazard
A caller reported a concern with a number of syringes left in the parking lot at the Newbury Street Inn, 170 Newbury St. at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday. The caller said her young son almost stepped on one of the syringes while out for a walk. An officer removed the hazard.

A caller found a license plate on the ground at 7:54 p.m. Tuesday on Theresa Road.
Suspicious
A party reported possibly being followed by a person wearing a gray hoodie, black ski mask, gloves, dark tinted glasses with white/gray frames and driving a black equinox type vehicle as they walked towards Wood Trucking at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at Highlands at Dearborn, 19 Magnolia Way. Police checked the area and were unable to locate anything.
