LYNN — With Ocean State’s sweep of Martha’s Vineyard this week, the North Shore Navigators have been eliminated from NECBL playoff contention, bringing an end to their summer.
The Navs went 18-24 for last place in the Coastal Division and third-last overall. Twelve players batted above .200 with Ohio State star Henry Kaczmar leading the way.

Berger, DeMartinis, Kaczmar, Griffis, Clark, and Chatelle were named NECBL All-Stars with the game being played at Fraser Field on July 23.
Berger connected on a solo blast in the eighth inning for East’s lone run (5-1 West), while Clark tossed a scoreless second inning with a strikeout.
