Arrest

Joseph Kane, of Huss Court was arrested for driving with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol at 5:03 a.m. Friday.

SWAMPSCOTT

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:55 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Ellis Road and Paradise Road.

Breaking and Entering

A report of breaking and entering at 9:36 a.m. Thursday at 10 Essex Ave. The resident ran to her neighbor’s house to report that there was someone in her home. Police took the suspect into custody.

A report of identity theft at 1:19 p.m. Thursday at 1 Loring Ave.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 9:16 p.m. Thursday at 450 Paradise Road. Caller reported an older man in a blue vest, shorts, and navy shoes walking in the middle of the road, hitting windows, and screaming loudly. 

A report of a disturbance at 11:26 p.m. Thursday at 11 Rockland St. Caller reported a party knocking on their front door. 

Threats

A report of threats at 1:20 p.m. Thursday at 173 Salem St.
