Arrest
Sebastio Nunes Da Cruz Neto, 30, of Broadway in Salem, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a charge stemming from a warrant issued by another police department, after police responded to a motor vehicle collision at 12:34 p.m. Monday at the Peabody Fire Department Headquarters, 41 Lowell St.
Summons
Lisa P. Nguyen, 20, of Franklin Street, will be summonsed to court for larceny under $1200 by false pretense.
Alexander Thomas Delavan, 29, of Willow Court in Boston, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to notify the RMV of a name/address change, and a number plate violation.

A report of a motor vehicle collision with injuries at 4:55 p.m. Monday at 320 Lowell St.
A report of a motor vehicle that crashed into a guardrail at 10:16 p.m. Monday at Lowell Street and Goodale Street. The guardrail suffered significant damage.
A report of a motor vehicle collision at 12:18 a.m. Monday at Kappys Liquor, 175 Andover St.; at 7:34 p.m. Monday at Cronwinshield and Lowell streets.
Dispute
A report of neighbors fighting over blowing leaves at 9:43 a.m. Monday at Dev Convenient Store, 24 Lake St. Officers spoke to both parties and the landscapers will clean up the mess.
Disturbances
A caller reported hearing multiple people yelling behind his house at 12:47 a.m. Monday at 24 Willowbrae Drive. An officer spoke with a resident and they turned down their music for the evening.
Multiple callers reported a loud disturbance at 1:05 a.m. Monday in the area of 59 Harris St. An officer reported the disturbance may be connected to an ongoing neighbor dispute. A resident of 61 Harris St. was told to turn their music off and that party returned to their home.
A report of three teenagers shooting Nerf guns at cars as they drove by at 3:38 p.m. Monday at Taylor Street. An officer was able to locate the juveniles and they will keep their Nerf war contained to the wooded area near the school.
A report of someone knocking on the door and people using the basketball court at 11:17 p.m. Monday at 1118 Crane Brook Way. Officers spoke with all parties involved, the reporting party will speak to management in the morning about having the gymnasium secured after hours.
Fraud
A caller reported possible fraud after receiving a scam call at 4:36 p.m. Monday.
Suspicious
A report of a Winnebago parked near the locker room entrance at Bishop Fenwick High School at 7:53 a.m. Monday at 99 Margin St. Staff reported they believe the vehicle is occupied. The RV was gone on arrival.
An employee reported suspicious activity during services at 10:59 a.m. Monday at St. Adelaide’s Bowling League, 712 Lowell St. Staff reported a young man with a beard shows up during mass and some of the parishioners are feeling nervous about the person. An officer spoke to the staff person.
A report of a male party who appeared to be attempting to open car doors at 4:52 p.m. Monday on Wheeler Street.
Thefts
A report of missing money at 3:06 p.m. Monday at Alliance Health at Rosewood, 22 Johnson St.
A report of breaking & entering with items stolen from the basement at 4:11 p.m. Monday at 2 Aborn St.
Threats
A caller reported receiving threats from an unknown number at 11:16 p.m. Monday Her parents and brother are also receiving threats of a similar nature with references to their addresses being made. An officer determined the threats appeared to be a prank.
Unwanted
A report of an unknown elderly woman who entered the residence making threats at 7:43 p.m. Monday at 38 Fulton St. An officer will document the incident.

Vandalism
