Lukas Dos Santos, of Alfred Road, Saugus, was arrested at 4:47 p.m. Thursday on charges for operating a vehicle with a suspended license, leaving the scene of property destruction and on warrant charges for two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation.
