MARBLEHEAD

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 7:41 a.m. Friday on Ocean Avenue. 

Solicitors

A report of solicitors at 2:43 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Washington Street and Pleasant Street. 

PEABODY

Summons

Dilara Hersek Uzan, 26, of 111 Hall Place, Quincy, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after police responded to a report of a three-car motor vehicle collision at 5:23 p.m. Saturday at Land and Sea, 67 Lynnfield St. One party sustained a head injury in the crash. 

Marcela Da Silva Lima, 33, of 135 Ward St., Revere, will be summonsed to court for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. 

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 4:31 p.m. Saturday at Macy’s, 210M Andover St. 

Complaints

A report of a loud motorbike at 3:03 p.m. Saturday at 107 Foster St. The bike was put away and the party left the area. 

Police received a noise complaint at 10:24 p.m. Saturday on Hardy Street. 

Police received a report of residents on the third floor who were being very loud while walking down the stairs at 10:54 p.m. Saturday at 23 Warren St. Police spoke to both parties in the driveway who were very apologetic. 

Police received multiple noise complaints for loud music at 11:03 p.m. Saturday at Prattville Machine, 240 Jubilee Drive. Officer spoke to the parties and advised them to keep the music down.  

Disturbances

A report of juveniles throwing items at windows at 12:13 a.m. Saturday at A One Market, 50 Central St. A group of youths were sent on their way.

A report of three belligerent men in an elevator at 1:19 a.m. Saturday at 14 North Apartments on Crane Brook Way. Officers checked both elevators but were unable to locate anyone. 

A caller reported yelling and what sounded like a female in distress at 10:34 p.m. Saturday at 37 Jackson Ave. Officers reported all was in order and there was a small gathering at 37 Jackson Ave. 

A caller reported kids yelling and screaming in the street at 11:07 p.m. Saturday at 12 Hardy St. Officers reported the children were playing outside and causing no issues. They went inside and went to bed. 

Lost and Found

A caller reported finding an armored vest in the street at 4:18 p.m. Saturday at Wildwood Drive. The vest was turned into the police department and placed into the lost and found.

Hazards

A report of a knife in the road at 6:51 a.m. Saturday at the Northshore Mall, 210N Andover St. Officers removed the knife. 

A report of a tree down at 2:21 p.m. Saturday at Lowell and Bourbon streets. The tree was removed. 

A report of a needle left on the sidewalk at 11:37 p.m. Saturday at Dunkin’, 162 Washington St. 

Suspicious

A caller reported a man walking in the middle of the road carrying a rifle at 3:52 a.m. Saturday in the area of Central and Elm streets. Units located the person, who was carrying an umbrella. 

A report of a man in a yellow T-shirt looking into and banging on car windows at 5:54 a.m. Saturday in the area of Aborn and Putnam streets. Officers checked the area but could not locate anyone. 

Theft

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 1:40 p.m. Saturday at Avis Rent a Car, 1 Newbury St. The vehicle was found at the Holiday Inn. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Accident

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle collision at 1:27 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of New Ocean and Pine streets. 

Hazard

A caller reported finding several abandoned bottles of prescription medication underneath a bench on the outbound side of the Commuter Rail Station at 2:57 p.m. Saturday at Burrill Street and Railroad Avenue. 

Theft

A party came to the police station at 10:46 p.m. Saturday to report that his giant mountain bike was stolen while he was in Walgreens, 505 Paradise Road, at 9 p.m.
