LYNN

Arrests

Angel Perez, of Essex Street, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. Tuesday for felony breaking and entering, destruction of property under $1,200 and violation of a city knife ordinance.

Anthony Sacco, of Harwood Street, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday for possession to distribute a Class B Drug.

Susanne Sanchez, of Chatham Street, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. Tuesday on warrant charges for kidnapping, reckless endangerment and accessory after the fact.

Samedi Tran was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday for destruction of property over $1,200, trespassing and two ordinance violations for urinating in public.

Drugs

A report of drugs at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday at 300 Washington St.

Gunshot

A report of a gunshot at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at Liberty Street and Washington Street.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:03 a.m. Tuesday at Eastern Avenue and Erie Street; at 2:09 p.m. Tuesday at Hanson Street; at 2:41 p.m. at Broadway and Springvale Ave.; at 7:44 a.m. Wednesday at Beacon Hall Avenue and Lawton Avenue.

Motor Vehicle Thefts

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday at 62 Nahant St.; at 8:01 p.m. Tuesday at Willow St.

Trespassing

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:02 p.m. Tuesday at 707 Boston Ave.; at 7:22 p.m. Tuesday at 20 Wilfred St.; at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday at 70 Winthrop St.; at 5:49 a.m. Wednesday at 33 Lincoln St.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday on Ruby Avenue. Could not locate.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Pleasant and Devereux Street. Citation given.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 11:56 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Humphrey and Doane Street. Citation given.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 2:42 p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Humphrey Street and Ralph Road. Citation given.

Solicitors

A report of solicitors at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday on the corner of Beach Street and Ocean Avenue. No action required.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday on Anderson Street. Report taken.

PEABODY

Summons

Vanilon Ferreira Dos Santos, 42, of Main Street, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday at Walgreens, 35 Main St. 

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 3:07 p.m. Tuesday at TJ Maxx, 300 Andover St. 

Animal

A report of a turtle in the middle of the road at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday at 5 Corners, Lake Street. 

Complaint

An employee reported cars are parking for long periods of time in restricted spots at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday at From Brazil Restaurant & Lounge, 72 Walnut St. 

Disturbance

A caller reported the tenant above them’s children were running loudly across the floor at 9:52 p.m. Tuesday at 116 Foster St., Apt. #2. The children were advised to keep it down. 

SWAMPSCOTT

Animals

A report at 5:51 a.m. Wednesday of a coyote eating out of the trash at 94 Paradise Rd.

A report at 1:44 p.m. Wednesday of an injured animal on the property at 51 Lincoln House Avenue

Missing Person

A report at 13:41 p.m. Wednesday of a five-year-old missing at 17 Claremont Terr. The child was wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

Motor Vehicle

A report at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday of smoke coming out of an MBTA bus at 50 Essex St.

Suspicious Activity

A report at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday of a suspicious male in black sweatpants pulling on multiple car handles at 450 Paradise Rd.
