Abdul-Malik Martinez, of Green Street, was arrested at 5:20 a.m. Thursday for two counts of receiving a story motor vehicle and assault and battery.
John Tower, of Whiting Street, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on warrant warrant charges for two counts of larceny over $1,200, breaking and entering for a felony, larceny under $1,200, destruction of property under $1,200, three counts of possession to distribute drugs, two counts of larceny from a building, receiving stolen property under $1,200, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, failure to identify as the officer of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, a number plate violation to conceal, possession to distribute a Class B Drug, a lights violation, number place violation and consuming alcohol from an open container.
Augustine Vega Jr., of Baldwin Street, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday for larceny over $1,200.

Michael R. Steele, 39, of Bedford Street in Burlington was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, subsequent offense, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, multiple marked lanes violations, failing to stop for police, and receiving stolen property valued over $1200, subsequent offense at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday on Eustis Street.
Accident
A caller reported her motor vehicle was hit in the parking lot at Polcari’s while she ate at the restaurant and the driver left the scene without exchanging paperwork at 8:09 p.m. Wednesday at 92 Broadway. Officers were unable to identify a suspect vehicle.
Complaints
A caller reported a juvenile described as big with curly red hair operating his pedal bike in an unsafe manner at 4:59 p.m. Wednesday at the Belmonte STEAM Academy, 29 Dow St. The caller reported the juvenile was driving in traffic directly towards her vehicle. The bike was described as having giant yellow tires. A complaint was put out to the cars but an area search was negative.
A caller at 149 Hamilton St. reported loud music coming from the area of Earlene Drive at 11:14 p.m. Wednesday. Dispatched officers reported the music was shut off for the evening.
Disturbances
A caller reported her ex-boyfriend would not give her her dog back at 2:43 a.m. Wednesday at 8 Fulton Ave.
A third-party caller reported an unknown person knocking at her sister’s door who was refusing to leave at 12:16 p.m. Wednesday at 26 Sunnyside Park. Both parties were advised of their rights and the person will be leaving.
A report of two customers causing a disturbance in the store at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday at Kane’s Donuts, 1575 Broadway. The customers left the store without issue.
A caller reported a verbal disturbance between herself and a customer at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday at Hush Glamour, Square One Mall, 1201 Broadway. The customer left the scene. Dispatched officers reported no crime was committed and the employees were uncooperative.

A caller reported she believed someone may have entered her parents’ house without permission at 12:47 a.m. Wednesday at 21 Pleasant St.
A caller reported a white van driving around the neighborhood and the driver was getting out of the car to drop off business cards at 4:47 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Whittier Avenue. An officer checked the area and determined the report was unfounded.
A caller reported an unknown juvenile male walking around the property at 11:04 p.m. Wednesday at 13 Donna Road. Dispatched officers determined the call was unfounded.
Threats
The manager at WoodSpring Extended Stay reported receiving threatening phone calls from a previous guest who was upset over the business not storing property he left in the hotel at 5:54 p.m. Wednesday at 832 Broadway.
Theft
A caller reported a white male wearing black pants, a hat, with two backpacks, one being small and pink, fled on a moped after shoplifting at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday at Dicks Sporting Goods, 1201 Broadway.

A report of a rabid raccoon at 7:16 a.m. Wednesday at 26 Beverly Road. The caller reported a possibly rabid raccoon in her backyard.
Disturbance
A report of a disturbance at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday at 1005 Paradise Road. The caller reported that an elderly woman, weaving in and out of traffic, flagged her down and asked for a ride.
Suspicious Activity
A report of suspicious activity at 7:54 p.m. Wednesday at 10 Whitman Road. The reporting party stated the front gate to the Stanley School was open and that juveniles might have been inside.
Threats
A report of threats at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday at 362 Humphrey St. The caller reported that he/she was threatened by another party at the Swampscott Club. Upon the officer’s arrival, police said the reporting party refused to give any information and did not wish to go forward with the complaint.
