Larceny

A report of larceny at 11:22 a.m. Tuesday at 120 S. Common St.; at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday at 26 Broad St.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12: 47 p.m. Tuesday at 969 Western Ave.; at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday at the corner of Chatham and Ingalls streets; at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday at 209 Chatham St.; at 3:53 p.m. Tuesday at 7 Commercial St.; at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday at 205 Market St.; at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday at 32 Magnolia Ave.; at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday at the corner of Victory Road and Western Avenue.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 2:47 pm. Tuesday at the CVS on S Common Street; at 8:16 p.m. Tuesday at the Walgreens on Joyce Street.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 10:49 a.m. Tuesday at 160 Neptune Blvd.; at 5:30 p.m. at 103 Liberty St.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday on Countryside Lane. Report taken.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 8:25 p.m. Tuesday on the corner of Ocean Avenue and Wallace Road. Verbal warning given.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 9:02 p.m. Tuesday on the corner of Ocean Avenue and Wallace Road. Verbal warning given.

Restraining Order

A report of a restraining order served/attempted at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday on Lee Street.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 9:17 a.m. Tuesday on Humphrey Street. Report taken.

A report of suspicious activity at 4:39 p.m. Tuesday on Brookhouse Drive. Services rendered.

PEABODY

Summons

Raquise Bernard-Shay Antonitis, 32, of Boston Street in Salem, will be summonsed to court for threatening to commit a crime at 9:24 a.m. Tuesday at Stop & Shop Supermarket, 19 Howley St. 

Ronaldo Mendes Da Silva, 33, of Parsons Street, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 9:43 p.m. Tuesday at Washington and Main Streets. 

Adalberto Antonio Gonzalez, 47, of Harris Street, will be summonsed to court for two counts of possession of a Class B drug at 10:58 p.m. Tuesday at Margin Street and North Shore Avenue.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 10:07 a.m. Tuesday at Century House Epicurean Shoppe, 241 Andover St.; at 11:28 a.m. Tuesday at Centennial Drive and Summit Street; at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday at Nordstrom, 210N Andover St.

Thefts

A resident reported packages were stolen from her residence at 8 a.m. Tuesday at 71 Northend St. 

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 6:58 p.m. Tuesday at 282 Washington St. 

A report of a wallet stolen from the restrooms at the mall at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday at 210S Andover St. 

SAUGUS

Arrest

Jose A. Morales Jr., 35, of Kennard Street in Malden, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering day or night for a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, and assault and battery, after police were called to 30 Guild Road at 2:13 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a man entering the residence through a window in the living room. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 6:47 a.m. Tuesday at Santander Bank, 323 Broadway. One person was taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital. 

A resident walked into the police station at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday to report she was in a motor vehicle collision at Trader Joe’s, 358 Broadway. 

A caller reported a minor motor vehicle collision at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday at Home Depot Building Supply, 564 Broadway. 

A caller reported her car door was struck at 6:07 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot at Target, 400 Lynn Fells Parkway. 

Suspicious

A caller said a black Porsche was chasing him in the area of 30 Guild Road at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday. He said the car was parked in the area of Walcott Street going through another vehicle prior to leaving the area. 

A caller reported a motor vehicle parked outside his house that is listed for sale with people inside of it at 10:34 p.m. Tuesday at 10 Oakridge Drive. Dispatched officers spoke with two individuals and they were sent on their way.  

Thefts

A resident walked into the station at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday to report her credit card had fraudulent activity.

A caller reported his vehicle was parked running in a lot at 3:58 p.m. at Amato’s Liquors, 206 Lincoln Ave., when an unknown male jumped into the vehicle and drove off toward Revere. The vehicle hit a flock camera in Malden and was entered stolen into the database.

A resident walked into the police station at 7:09 p.m. Tuesday to report someone used his Home Depot credit card.
