LYNN — The city has issued a heat advisory for Friday.
Due to the high temperatures expected, the city will host a cooling center at the City Hall auditorium at 3 City Hall Square from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to a statement from Mayor Jared Nicholson’s office.
Splash pads will also be available at Kiley Park, Neptune Boulevard Park, Barry Park, and Flax Pond Park, the statement added.
