Odilder Chavez-Perez, of Moulton Street, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. Monday on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.
Michel Da Costa, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Monday on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, mayhem and warrant charges for receiving stolen property, larceny from a building, breaking and entering at nighttime for a felony, possession of a class B drug.
Anthony Gutierrez, of Neptune Boulevard, was arrested at 1:00 p.m. Monday on warrant charges of possession of a firearm without FID, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, carrying a loaded firearm weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Mark Paliy, of Neptune Boulevard, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. Monday for defacing the serious number of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm with no FID.

A noise complaint at 8:11 a.m. Sunday at 601 Humphrey St. The caller reported loud music coming from Phillips Park that could be heard from Willow Terrace. After checking the area, the responding officer reported the volume reasonable for a morning football game.
