Lauren Elizabeth Brown, 35, of Hersley Place in Quincy, was arrested and charged on a default warrant at 4:37 a.m. Tuesday at CVS Pharmacy, 1075 Broadway.
Accident
A report of a two-car motor vehicle accident with non-fatal injuries at 5:04 p.m. Monday north of Main Street. One person was taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital.
A walk-in report at 8:40 a.m. Monday of a previous motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Main and Vine streets. The resident hoped police could help facilitate a paperwork exchange.
A report at 2:16 p.m. Monday of leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage at 19 Harlow St.
A caller reported a driver side-swiped his vehicle and took off at 5:28 p.m. Monday in the area of Michael’s, 607 Broadway. Dispatched officers spoke to the man and went to the home of the other vehicle involved. It appears the accident took place in Lynnfield, and that department was notified.

By-law violations
A report of several vehicles being worked on at the house across the street at 12:10 p.m. Monday at 74 Bristow St. A dispatched officer reported there were 12 vehicles outside the home and it appeared the resident was selling them. They were advised of the town by-law.
Disturbance
A caller reported a disturbance between himself and his roommate at 2:49 a.m. Monday at Chestnut Woods, 73 Chestnut St. A dispatched officer reported the disturbance was a verbal altercation and peace was restored.
A caller reported her landlord was trying to kick her out wrongfully and take her stuff at 3:49 p.m. Monday at Essex Landing, 40 Collins Ave. The landlord said he was trying to gain access to the apartment to fix a leak. Dispatched officers spoke to the parties involved, they will schedule a time to come in and resolve the leak.
Suspicious
A caller reported someone breaking into his car with a crowbar at 4:50 a.m. Monday at Avalon Bay Communities, 857 Broadway. Dispatched officers reported there were no signs of forced entry on the vehicle.

A report of suspicious activity at 3:52 p.m. Sunday at 40 Roy St. A resident reported a scam artist had contacted him/her continuously claiming to be a law enforcement officer and threatening to arrest him/her. Police advised the reporting party to block the phone number.
A report of a suspicious person at 1:32 a.m. Tuesday at 531 Humphrey St. An individual in a gray shirt was seen coming from the back of the police station lot.
Theft
A report of shoplifting at 6:45 p.m. Monday at 450 Paradise Road. The Stop and Shop manager witnessed a couple in their mid-40s exit the store with unpaid merchandise before entering a red Honda Pilot.
