A report of loud music coming from the bar at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday at The Nexmex Thing, 5 Central St. Police checked the area and the music was shut off.
A report of a car playing loud music at 3:11 a.m. Wednesday at 22 Pulaski St. The person went inside for the night.
A report of construction equipment in use before 7 a.m. at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at Railroad Avenue. Officers checked the area and no one was working. The reporting party called police again at 6:50 a.m. and said the workers were between the two buildings on Crowninshield Street near Railroad Avenue. The caller reported workers were making a loud noise loading trucks. An officer checked the area again and there was no noise at the time. The officer located two excavators but they were empty and had dew on them.
A caller reported an older woman pulled up next to her while she was stopped at a traffic light while waiting to turn left onto Sylvan Street and began yelling at her and accusing her of “ramming her car” at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday at Andover and Sylvan streets. The caller said she was not involved in an accident but pulled over in an attempt to resolve the claims. The other woman kept driving.
A caller reported two older parties in a black pickup truck were throwing trash at him and acting erratically, adding he believed they were intoxicated, at Wendy’s, 69 Newbury St. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
Suspicious
Police conducted a wellness check on a woman yelling at vehicles as they passed by at 9:35 a.m. at 12 Pinewood Road. Police spoke to the woman who checked out ok and denied yelling at vehicles.
A caller reported an unknown man in a white van approached his home and was acting strangely at 5:48 p.m. Wednesday at 17 South Shore Ave. The party reported he pulled into the wrong driveway and was sent on his way without incident.
Theft
A report at 5:57 a.m. Wednesday of a past breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at Holiday Inn, 1 Newbury St.
A caller reported a breaking and entering into her motor vehicle at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday at 140 Main St.

A caller reported he had a stay-away order in place for someone but they were harassing him at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday at Warden Street Apartments, 5 Warden St.

A caller reported three young men screaming in the middle of the road at 7:46 p.m. Wednesday at Felton Street. Responding officers conducted an extensive area search but were unable to locate anything.
Theft
A resident walked into the police station at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday to report several items were stolen from his house at 15 Zito Drive.
A caller reported a pair of shoplifters filling up shopping carts without looking at the products at 7:43 p.m. Wednesday at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Square One Mall, 1201 Broadway. Mall security arrived at the mall entrance just as the shoplifters abandoned their shopping carts and left out the parking lot door. A suspect seen leaving got into a car and was unwilling to talk to police.
