Arrests
Alison Morrill, of Bayberry Road, Danvers, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. Tuesday on arrested on charges of possession of a class B drug, failure to appear, disorderly conduct, furnishing false identification information, false bomb threat and three counts of threatening to commit a crime, as well as on warrant charges for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and larceny of a motor vehicle.
Juan Novas Rivera, of Broad Street, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. Tuesday for distributing a class B drug and on warrant charges for leaving the scene of property damage, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
Jason Richard, of Hood Street, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday on warrant charged for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding.
Oliver Taylor, of Chapman Street, Beverly, was arrested at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday for trespassing.
Julian Torres-Soto, of Chestnut Street, Chelsea, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday for distributing a Class A drug and TFC more than 10 grams of fentanyl.

SAUGUS
Accident
A caller reported a vehicle hit her vehicle and took off at 4:31 p.m. Tuesday at 352 Broadway. A dispatched officer reported the woman was no longer on scene; when calling her back she said she had to leave and could not wait for a police officer to respond.
Animal
A caller reported a dog bite injury at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday at 6 Grand View Park. The bite resulted in a minor calf injury.
Disturbances
A caller reported an ongoing issue with a man calling her vulgar names at 10:08 a.m. Tuesday at 2 Rice St. A dispatched officer reported speaking with all parties involved and advising them of their rights.
A caller reported a disturbance over parking in front of her home at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday at 16 Fairview Ave. A dispatched officer reported peace was restored. The caller then came into the station to report that the parking issue has been taking place with the two male neighbors over the past four years while she has been living at 16 Fairview Ave. The problems have led to several verbal arguments within the home and on the property. The neighbors have been identified by the caller through past dispute and parking complaint calls. She was advised of her 258-E rights and advised to respond to Lynn District Court for a 258-E order.
A caller reported a gathering in the parking lot at 11:27 p.m. at Roller World Inc., 425 Broadway. Dispatched officers dispersed the gathering.
Suspicious
A caller reported a male party attempting to get into vehicles at 4:57 a.m. Wednesday at Maple and Grove Streets. The man was described as having tattoos and wearing shorts. Dispatched officers identified the man but determined unless a victim came forward it didn’t appear to be a crime.
A caller reported a man wearing a white sweatshirt and a hat was knocking on doors saying people’s cars were being broken into. He then stated seeing a gray honda civic take off at 5:12 a.m. at 2430 Founders Way.
Thefts
A caller reported he believed someone had attempted to break into his motor vehicle at 12:48 a.m. Tuesday at Square One Mall, 1201 Broadway. He states that it was possibly an F-250 or F-350 with a tool box or a sander on the back. A responding officer found the vehicle’s driver-side window was shattered but no items were taken.
A report of shoplifting at 1:44 p.m. Tuesday at Dicks Sporting Goods, 1201 Broadway. Loss prevention reported three males stealing football equipment.
