PEABODY

Arrest

Gezimar Ferreria, 35, of Foster Street, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop/yield, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations at 7:17 p.m. Wednesday at Christian Book Distributors, 140 Summit St. 

Summons

Fabiana Lima-Pettersen, 26, of Bennette Street in Everett, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after police responded to a motor vehicle collision at 8:18 a.m. Wednesday at Warren Street and Central Street. 

Jephtet Knight, 71, of Kingswood Drive in Abington, will be summonsed to court for negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday at 14 North Apartments, Crane Brook Way. 

Accidents

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle collision at 12:31 a.m. Wednesday at Salem Five Bank, 91 Lynnfield St.

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, 485 Lowell St; at 6:14 p.m. Wednesday at Covenant Christian Academy, 83 Pine St.; at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday at Route 128 South; at 7:32 p.m. Wednesday at 117 Lowell St.

Disturbances

A caller reported five cars just left the cemetery and music was still coming from the area at 12:52 a.m. at Cedar Grove Cemetery, 100R Cedar Grove Ave.

A report of loud music in the park at 7:10 p.m. at Center School, 18 Irving St. 

Theft

A man reported a credit card was opening in his name at 3:04 p.m. at 203 Lynnfield St.
