LYNN

Arrests

Cheryl Gillette, of Liberty Street, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. Wednesday for shoplifting by absorption and assault and battery.

Issac Villeda, of S Common Street, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. Wednesday for possession of a firearm without a FID card, possession to distribute a class B drug, use of a firearm in a felony, possession of a firearm with a defaced number, unlawful improper storage of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammo with no FID.

Aniya Wheeler, of S Common St, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday for possession to distribute drugs, possession of a firearm with a defaced number, firearm without an FID card, firearm use in a felony, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammo with no FID and on warrant charges for assault and battery, 2 counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, willful malicious wanton endangerment, 2 counts of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, trespassing, destruction of property worth less than $1,200.

John Deveau, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. Thursday on warrant charges for possession of a class B drug, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, having no inspection sticker, possession of a class B drug, possession of a class A drug.

Assaults

A report of a assault at 3:19 p.m. Thursday at Baker Street and N Common Street; at 3: 4:11 p.m. Thursday at 46 Brimblecom St.; at 4:50 p.m. Thursday at 38 Baker St.; at 11:13 p.m. Thursday at 154 Essex St. 

Drugs

A report of a drugs at 2:45 p.m. Thursday at Andrew Street.

Larceny

A report of a larceny at 9:37 a.m. Thursday at 360 Washington St.

Motor Vehicle Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:51 a.m. Thursday at Grant Street and Rock Avenue; at 7:14 a.m. Thursday at Clairmont Street and Euclid Avenue; at 9:24 a.m. Thursday at 28 Green St.; at 10:15 a.m. Thursday at Deer Cove Road and Lynn Shore Drive; at 11:49 a.m. Thursday at 181 N Common St.; at 12:12 p.m. Thursday at 86 Mall; at 6:58 p.m. Thursday at 46 Baltimore St.; at 9:22 p.m. Thursday at Taco Bell/ 124 Boston St.; at 11:59 p.m. Thursday at 181 Chatham St.; at 8:14 p.m. Thursday at Hollingsworth Street and Rockaway Street.

Shoplifting

A report of a shoplifting at 2:47 p.m. Thursday at 780 Lynnway.

MARBLEHEAD

Motor Vehicle

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:11 p.m. Thursday in the vicinity of Lafayette Street. Services rendered.

Restraining Order

A report of a restraining order served/attempted at 5:42 p.m. Thursday on Nicholson Street.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 9:01 a.m. Thursday on Lighthouse Lane. Services rendered.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 10:01 a.m. Thursday on Atlantic Avenue. Services rendered.

SWAMPSCOTT

Car Problem

A report of motor vehicle lights not functioning properly at 8:08 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Burrill Street and Paradise Road. 

Harassment 

A report of harassment at 10:20 a.m. Thursday at 430 Paradise Road. Caller reported she was near the Domino’s Pizza parking lot when a man started yelling and banging on her car.
