The Lynnfield Art Guild (LAG) announced its annual Fall Art Show and Sale last week, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will take place at the Meeting House on the Lynnfield Center Commons, offering free admission, with parking options available at Town Hall and behind the Center Shops.

According to a press release, the Fall Art Show and Sale provides an opportunity to acquire a wide range of original fine art suitable for holiday gift-giving. Items available for purchase include mini-paintings, framed paintings, photographs, and prints created by local artists using various media such as acrylic, oils, watercolor, colored pencils, pastels, and photography.

The event will feature both framed and unframed original works of art, as well as “Tiny Art” pieces – 4×6 framed art and photographs donated by talented artist members. These “Tiny Art” items will be offered at affordable prices starting at $15, with proceeds benefiting the Guild.

Visitors to the event can also take part in a large bake sale featuring individually wrapped goods and participate in a raffle with prizes donated by LAG members. According to a press release, prizes include a raffle ticket tree, themed baskets filled with various goodies, and gift certificates to local businesses and restaurants. The Fall Art Show and Sale will be a part of the town center’s fall festivities, including a Holiday Craft Fair at the Centre Congregational Church.

The Lynnfield Art Guild extends membership opportunities to artisans, photographers, and artists of all levels, offering student, supporting, and family memberships. As a non-profit, member-led organization, the Guild annually provides scholarships to graduating seniors from Lynnfield High School.
