PEABODY

Arrest

A report of a juvenile arrest on the charges of threat to commit crime, assault and battery of a pregnant victim, and assault with a dangerous weapon at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday on 19 Spring St. Two other juveniles were also arrested on the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon and one will be summonsed on the same charge.

Summons

Gadner Faustin, 46, of Central Street, will be summonsed on the charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:39 a.m. Tuesday on 42 Washington St. at 2 Pleasant St. 

Larceny

A report of larceny at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday on 82 Newbury St. Employee reports past larceny at Amazings Superstore. Officer possibly knows the party. Services rendered.

Neighborhood Dispute

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 6 p.m. Tuesday on 15 MacArthur Rd. Resident upset when a neighbor parks their vehicle in front of her house. Investigated.
