December 19, 2023 by Joey Barrett

If you’re a Lynn Tech basketball fan, Tuesday night was for you.

Both the boys (47-46 against East Boston) and girls (57-53 at Shawsheen) basketball teams escaped with single-digit wins.

For the boys (3-1), coach Corey Bingham called it a “great, all-around team win against a tough and great-coached East Boston team.”

Jayden Welch (12 points, 5 rebounds) and Ederick Gonzalez (11 rebounds, 13 rebounds) led the charge.

As for the girls, do-it-all Allison Morales put on a show with 24 points, 12 rebounds, five blocks, four steals, and two assists.

She was followed by Engelyz Bingham (21 points, 18 rebounds, 5 steals, 4 blocks, assist), Amy Huynh (7 points, 6 rebounds), and Jaylianniez Beauchamp (4 points, 5 rebounds).
