LYNN

Arrests

Ilona Berlik, 43, of Washington Street, Peabody was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor at 4:05 p.m. Monday.

Cristobal Zacarias, of Basset Street, was arrested on warrant charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, and miscellaneous equipment violation at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday.

Assault

A report of an assault at 6:40 a.m. Monday on Washington Street.

Missing Person

A report of a missing person at 4:21 p.m. Monday at Winnepurkit Avenue.

Threats

A report of threats at 2:04 p.m. Monday on Washington Street.

MARBLEHEAD

Medicare Fraud

A report of Medicare fraud at 7:33 p.m. Monday on Willow Road. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicle Crash

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:55 p.m. Monday on Washington Street. Report taken.

PEABODY

Arrest

Warley Sales Silva, 39, of Walnut Street, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 10:30 a.m. Monday on 54 Walnut St.

Assist Citizen

Caller reports his girlfriend received a call accusing her of hiring a hitman. Malden Police Department alerted. Investigated.

Assault and Battery

A report of an assault and battery at 9:44 p.m. Monday on 16 Catherine Drive. Caller reports roommate threw a plate at her around 6 p.m. Parties separated. Investigated.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 4:53 p.m. Monday on 210N Andover St. Three young males recording customers with their cameras making people uncomfortable. Peace restored.

Motor Vehicle Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:24 p.m. Monday on 181 Bartholomew St. Vehicle rolled over with a female party inside. Party transported to Salem Hospital.

SAUGUS

Accidents

A caller reported a white Honda CR-V struck his vehicle while leaving the parking lot at Starbucks Coffee at 9:40 a.m. Monday at 366 Broadway. 

A report of a past motor vehicle collision at 12:18 p.m. Monday at King Motor Cars Inc., 160 Broadway. 

Complaint

A call for asphalt/gravel in the roadway at 12:24 p.m. Monday at Broadway and Essex Street. 

Disturbances

A 911 call for a verbal argument between a resident and staff in the men’s residence at 8:51 a.m. Monday at Salvation Army, 209-33 Broadway. Dispatched officers reported the party involved left without incident. 

A caller reported a man in a car blocking in a second car at 1:16 p.m. Monday at Bank of America, 1093 Broadway. Dispatched officers reported “people do not know how to park” and peace was restored. 

Fight

A report of a fight between two parties at 1:40 p.m. Monday at Floor and Decor, 180 Main St. Dispatched officers reported one party drove away, and another checked out and was sent on his way. 

Suspicious

Mall security reported a man walking around Square One Mall at 2:58 a.m. Tuesday at 1201 Broadway. Dispatched officers reported the man had just had an argument with a friend and was just taking a walk. 

Theft

A report of shoplifting at 2:12 p.m. Monday at Ocean State Job Lot, 1020 Broadway. The suspect left in a white Lexus and was later trespassed for one year.
