Arrests

Jean Filias, 25, of Rockaway Street, was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 12:40 a.m. Thursday.

Melissa Giuliana, 29, of Taylor Road was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 12:58 p.m. Wednesday.
