Please, please, please. I urge The Item to describe the new Fair Share Amendment surtax correctly as a tax on the PORTION of income above $1 million.
For example, if an income is $2 million, then the 4% surtax is on the second $1 million.
If an income is $1,000,400, then the 4% surtax is only on $400, the portion above $1 million.
