Ryan Cullen, 47, of Evergreen Way, was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt, speeding, failure to stop/yield, not being in possession of a registration, and a passing violation at 10:41 a.m. Monday at 157 Lynn St.
Leonel E. Mendez, 32, of Norton Street, was arrested and charged on another department warrant at 1:54 p.m. Monday at Lynn Street and Macarthur Road.
Lucas Lopes Ferreira, 27, of Harris Street, was arrested and charged with operation of an unlicensed motor vehicle.
