LYNN

Arrests

Jean Croft, 25, of Carnes Street, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering, larceny over $1,200, larceny under $1,200, assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 5:57 p.m. on Thursday.

Ryan Cullen, 47, of Evergreen Way in Peabody, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a threat to commit a crime at 2:22 p.m. on Thursday. 

David Mello, 44, of Carlton Street in Peabody, was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and two counts of a straight warrant at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday. 

Curt Porcher, of Needhams Landing, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at 11:37 p.m. on Thursday. 

Cesar Reyes, 35, of Walnut Street, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and using an electronic device while driving at 8:25 a.m. on Thursday. 

Marissa Rocha, 25, of Broad Street, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of property damage and a default warrant on Thursday. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injuries at 7:21 a.m. on Thursday at 751 Lynnway.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8 a.m. on Thursday at Mount Vernon Street; at 1:51 p.m. on Thursday at 116 Boston St.; at 2:19 p.m. on Thursday at 469 Western Ave.; at 2:31 p.m. on Thursday at 2 Harris Road; at 3:17 p.m. on Thursday at 252 Ocean St.

Disturbance

A report of disturbance at 1:45 a.m. on Thursday at 18 Clinton St.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 10:19 a.m. on Thursday at 100 Newhall St. Floor 2. 

Suspicious

A report of suspicious activity at 11:18 a.m. on Thursday at 37 Ashland St.; at 12:22 p.m. on Thursday at 201 Essex St. # 104; at 2:12 p.m. on Thursday at 580 Essex St.

Thefts

A report of a theft at 12:44 p.m. on Thursday at 7 Liberty Square #2; at 1:58 p.m. on Thursday at 9 Belvidere Place; at 3:07 p.m. on Thursday at 322 Essex St.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 1:44 p.m. on Thursday 40 Broad St. Floor B.

LYNNFIELD

Accidental Property Damage

Report taken of accidental property damage at 6:48 p.m. Wednesday at Walnut St. at I-95 NB Exit 63.

Animal

Animal control needed assistance with a deer at 8:42 a.m. Thursday at 5 Joseph Lane.

Disturbance

A verbal warning was issued for a neighbor disturbance at 10:24 p.m. Thursday at 597 N Broadway.

Fraud

A walk in report taken of someone wanting to speak to someone about fraud at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. 

Hit and Runs

Caller reported a hit and run with no injuries at 3:40 p.m. Friday at Condon Circle.

A hit and run accident reported at 12:37 p.m. Monday at Market Street.

Larceny

A larceny report taken at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday at 102 S Broadway.

Motor Vehicle Complaints

A traffic warning was issued to the owner of a 2023 Red Jeep Grand Cherokee at 10:02 a.m. Thursday at 180 Main St.

A reported three-car motor vehicle accident at 6:27 p.m. Tuesday at 128 N by Exit 63 Route 1.

Officer Injury

A report was taken that an officer was injured at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Lynnfield Police Department.

Officer Wanted

A caller reported wanting to speak to an officer about her package being stolen earlier in the day at 1:41 p.m. Friday at 375 N. Broadway. 

Officer wanted at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday at 8 S Broadway.

Officer wanted at 5:06 p.m. Thursday at 1 Walsh Road.

Officer wanted at 7:35 p.m. Thursday at Lantern Lane.

Shoplifting

Caller reported ongoing theft from their store at 3:15 p.m. Friday at 1135 Market St. Reports of two strollers taken from the store.

Summons

Summons served in hand at 3:28 p.m. Friday at 19 Fairview Ave.

Suspicious Person

Caller reported male in his driveway with a black and gray hoodie, plaid pants, and black and white sneakers at 8:05 p.m. Friday at 421 N Broadway. Property was checked out by police and it was deemed OK.

Caller suspected male in a red hoodie walking around the neighborhood at 8:42 p.m Sunday at 15 North Hill Drive. Located party said that he was taking a photo of a “for sale” sign on the property. 

A suspicious person investigated at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Olde Towne Rd. 

A walk in report taken of suspicious activity going on at Walnut Street at 12:27 a.m. Wednesday. Suspicious activity that was reported, was unable to be located. 

MARBLEHEAD

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 6:38 a.m. Thursday on Colgate Road. Services rendered.

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:07 a.m. Thursday on Smith Street. Investigated.

Motor Vehicle

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 3:16 p.m. Thursday on Prince Street. Report taken.
