LTE: Danielle Leonard will stand up for what is needed in Swampscott

To The Editor

March 25, 2024 by To The Editor

To the editor:

I am writing in support of Danielle Leonard for the Swampscott Select Board. I have personally known Danielle for 15 years. She and her family have been active and consistent supporters of the town. From her years employed at Swampscott Middle School, to bringing back the Town of Swampscott’s 4th of July Races, to sitting in the stands supporting her wife, Katelyn, coaching the Big Blue girls basketball team, Danielle has always been front and center supporting what makes this town shine.

As a lifelong resident of Swampscott and an employee of the town for 18 years, I feel that it is essential that we elect a strong leader who is committed to thoughtfully and confidently leading Swampscott to achieve its potential as we plan ahead for our exciting future.

I admire the way Danielle listens to concerned members of this community and is able to be the voice to stand up for what is needed. This is why I am supporting Danielle Leonard for the Swampscott Select Board.
