Famed Saugus restaurant, Kowloon Restaurant, has entered into a collaborative new project with The Brook, a casino and sportsbook establishment located in Seabrook, New Hampshire.

Kowloon Restaurant, located at 948 Broadway, is collaborating with The Brook, a casino and sportsbook establishment in Seabrook, NH.

The Brook, a casino located “just over” the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border, boasts over 500 gaming machines, table games, Draftkings Sportsbook, and more.

According to a press release, the partnership group which owns the Kowloon is “looking forward to the evolution of its iconic brand”, and promises a “splash of Kowloon flavor” at the new space.

“Project Dragon”, as it is known for now, will serve both as a dining spot, and “nightlife”, planning to offer late-night music in an upscale lounge area.

The Kowloon partnership group worked with the Brook’s VP of Experiences Bhavishi Patel and CEO Andre Carrier to bring the project, two years in the making, to life.

Appearing enthusiastic about the partnership, saying that “It is an absolute privilege to be part of this project that will add a new chapter to the Kowloon legacy and create a place where many more wonderful memories will be made,” said Carrier.

The new space will offer multiple dining areas where familiar Kowloon fare will be served, a private event space, a bar, and lounge.

The project, besides offering those outside of Massachusetts the opportunity to enjoy a taste of the Kowloon, seems to be looking to attract a new generation,  the press release noting that it is “poised to introduce a new generation of New Englanders to an experience curated just for them.”

Echoing the sentiment from Carrier, the Kowloon group also said they are “so grateful for the love and support long term patrons have shown us for decades. In a way, this new restaurant and nightlife concept is both a thank you and a new offering just for them.”

Until the space officially has its grand opening, The Brook will be sharing peeks into the new venture’s decor, amenities, and more on social media platforms.
