Lynn

Arrests

Jovanny Bencosme, 32, of Essex Street, was arrested on warrant charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and obstructed/non transparent window at 12:14 a.m. Friday.

David Cannady, of Washington Street, was arrested on warrant charges of four counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating under the influence of alcohol, no inspection/sticker, marked lanes violation, open container of alcohol, two counts of number plate violation, unregistered motor vehicle, two counts of an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

Erielle Cuellar, 30, of Willow Street, was arrested for breaking and entering and on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, $1,200-plus in destruction of property, and resisting arrest at 12:58 a.m. Friday.

Cheimy Fernandez, was arrested for the charges of daytime felony breaking and entering, assault and battery, and destruction of property at 4:48 a.m. Thursday.

Marie Joyce, 35, of Walnut Street, was arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct at 7:30 a.m. Friday.

Tiffany McPherson-Gordon, 37, of Swampscott Avenue in Peabody, was arrested on warrant charge of shoplifting by asportation at 2:30 a.m. Friday.

Derek Paradis, 40, of Agawam Street in Revere, was arrested on the warrant charge of litter and trash at 7:26 p.m. Thursday.

Joshua Smith, 29, was arrested on the charge of an order violation: possession of a knife at 3:52 p.m. Thursday.

Walter Smith, 57, was arrested on the charge of an order violation: possession of a knife at 3:54 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:56 a.m. Thursday on Range Avenue; at 3:29 p.m. Thursday on Boston Street; at 3:53 p.m. Thursday on Broad Street and Market Street; at 4:46 p.m. Thursday on Essex Street; at 4:47 p.m. Thursday on Brookvale Street

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 6:09 p.m. on Lynnfield Street.

Larceny

Loss prevention at Macy’s at 1185 Broadway at 7:03 p.m. on Thursday reported detaining a shoplifter.

Motor Vehicle Hit and Run
