MARBLEHEAD

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 12:20 p.m. Monday on Homestead Road. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 4:24 p.m. Monday on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Beach Street; at 5:01 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue; at 5:53 p.m. on Ocean Avenue. Citations issued.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:06 p.m. Monday on the corner of Pleasant and Bessom Street. Investigated.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 12:56 p.m. Monday on Humphrey Street and at 10:32 p.m. in the vicinity of Nahant Street.

PEABODY

Arrests

Salange Freitas, 52, of Beverly was arrested at 12:29 a.m. Monday at Wallis Street at Hardy Street for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. 

Efrain Diaz Del Valle, 64, of Cambridge was arrested for a warrant with another department at 11:59 a.m. Monday at Lynn Street at Bay State Boulevard. 

Albert Chepulis, 66, will be in custody for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Ramon Hill, 37, will be taken into custody for operating under the influence of liquor, after reports of vehicle hitting a pole at 10:19 p.m. Monday at Tremont Street. 

Summons

Juan P. Hernandez, 24, of Danvers will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and uninsured motor vehicle. 

Pedro Henrique Silverio De Castro, 21, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Assist Citizen

Caller reported at 9:11 a.m. Monday at Sunset Drive, an unauthorized construction company removed five shingles from the roof. Officer states that the contractor started working at the wrong house and agreed to come back later to fix the reporting party’s roof.

Neighborhood Dispute

A walk in report at 10:29 a.m. Monday at Lowell Street regarding threats.
