LYNN

Arrests

Nicholas Balboni, 42, of Groveland Street, was arrested on warrant charges of subsequent possession of Class B drugs, trespassing, and carrying a dangerous weapon; as well as charges of possession of a knife and two counts of possession with intent to distribute drugs at 4:08 p.m. Monday.

Mario Deleon, 52, of Chestnut Street, was arrested on the charges of operating under the influence of liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 1:45 a.m. Monday.

Katie Dyer-Garcia, 40, of Groveland Street, was arrested for subsequent possession of a Class A drug at 4:58 p.m. Monday.

Rafael Soto, 58, of Rhine Street in Lawrence, was arrested on the warrant charges of trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy to violate drug law, false application for license, forge/misuse of RMV document, identity fraud, distribution of Class B drug at 5 a.m. Tuesday.

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 9:14 p.m. Monday on Otis Street and Pendexter Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12 a.m. Monday on Chatham Street; at 7:31 a.m. Monday on Fayette Street; at 7:58 a.m. Monday on Conomo Avenue; at 9 a.m. Monday at Family Dollar on Central Avenue; at 12:41 p.m. Monday on Wentworth Place; at 1 p.m. Monday on Wyoma Square; at 1:28 p.m. on Hood Street; at 1:32 p.m. Monday on City Hall Square; at 1:43 p.m. Monday on Liberty Square; at 3:08 p.m. Monday on Central Avenue; at 4:02 pm. Fights

A report of a fight at 12:52 a.m. Monday on Essex Street; at 2:42 p.m. Monday on Chatham Street.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 12:34 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street; at 10:13 a.m. Tuesday on Lynnway.

Missing Persons

A report of a missing person at 8:20 a.m. Monday at Market Basket on Federal Street; at 1:53 p.m. Monday on Clonakilty Lane; at 12:21 a.m. Tuesday on Lynn Shore Drive; at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday on Lynn Shore Drive.

Thefts

A report of robbery at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday on Union Street.

A report of shoplifting at 11:07 a.m. Monday at Walmart on Lynnway; at 11:47 a.m. Monday at Walmart on Lynnway; at 5:42 p.m. Monday at Walmart on Lynnway.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 9:48 a.m. Monday on Liberty Street; at 11:47 a.m. Monday on Joyce Street; at 12:57 p.m. Monday on Tilton Place; at 5:15 p.m. Monday on Walnut Street; at 5:58 p.m. Monday on Washington Street; at 6:30 p.m. Monday on Washington Street; at 9:04 a.m. Tuesday on Central Avenue.

MARBLEHEAD

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 3:45 p.m. Monday on Schooner Ridge.

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:08 a.m. Monday on Washington Street. Report taken.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 8:05 a.m. Monday in the vicinity of Village Street. Citation issued.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:33 a.m. Monday on West Shore Drive. Services rendered.

Son Struck by Car

A report of a son struck by a car at 3:48 p.m. Monday on the corner of Pilgrim and Roundy Road. Report taken.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 1:01 p.m. Monday on Mohawk Road; at 10:36 p.m. Monday on Haley Road. Services rendered.

PEABODY

Arrests

Frander Deleon, 25, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, attaching plates, having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, and a number plate violation at 9:14 a.m. Thursday at Andover Street at Buttonwood Lane.

Collin Stephen Welch, 21, of Laconia, New Hampshire was arrested at 11:14 p.m. Thursday at Bow Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. 

Gabriel Githiabii Gitonga, 21, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. Friday for another department warrant.
Zachary Clemente Hill, 26, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. Friday at Tracey Street for probation violation.
Linda Yeraldin Villa Higuita, 24, of Revere was arrested at 3:23 p.m. Sunday at Andover Street for shoplifting by concealing merchandise and resisting arrest. 

Caller reported that they encountered a male that had road rage and appeared to be intoxicated. Adam Mogan, 30, of Wakefield was arrested at 8:13 p.m. Sunday at Foster Street for operating under the influence of liquor. 

Summons

Jonathan Zacarias, 22, of Lynn will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and lights violation.

Assist Citizen

Caller reported that at approximately 3 p.m. Thursday at Nancy Avenue, someone broke into her home. After further investigation, it was a couple of eight-year-olds that caused the damage to the window. 

Animal Control

A report of several puppies at 11:04 a.m. Friday at Lynn Street. Dogs were alleged to be inbreeding and producing more litters. MSPCA was called. 

Disturbance

A report of youths throwing mud balls at vehicles at 6:34 p.m. Thursday at Northend Street.

Caller reported that a person is outside bothering customers at 12:26 a.m. Saturday at Newbury Street.

Fraud

A report of party buying a phone in a private sale and the phone is fake at 3:36 p.m. Friday at 637 Lowell St. 

Suspicious Activity

Party reported that threatening notes were left on trees on the path at 3:07 p.m. Friday at Spring Pond Trail.

Vandalism

A report on vandalism on someone’s car at 8:40 p.m. Friday at Washington Street.
