LYNN

Arrests 

Jeremy Haley, 21, of 11 Hamley St. was arrested on a courtesy booking at 10:20 a.m. Monday. 

Homer Anderson, 62, of 170 S Common was arrested on the charges of possessing a Class B drug, possessing a Class C drug, threat to commit a crime, and assault with a dangerous weapon at 12:09 a.m. Monday. 

Roka Shkamb, 31, of 16 Hillcrest Circle, Swampscott, was arrested on the charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle at 2:00 a.m. Monday. 

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 8 Chase St #16 at 5:15 a.m. Monday; at Fleming Towing, 234 Chestnut St. at 9:12 a.m. Monday.; at Walmart, 780 Lynnway at 9:49 a.m. Monday; at 88 Spencer St. at 3:03 a.m. Monday.

Hazardous Conditions 

A report of Hazardous conditions at 2 Glenwood Circle at 9:36 a.m. Monday. 

Motor Vehicle
A report of motor vehicle theft at 71 Ford St. at 9:08 a.m. Monday; a report of a motor vehicle accident at 253 Chestnut St. at 4:53 a.m. Monday. 

Shoplifting
A report of shoplifting at Family Dollar 50 Central Ave. at 9:23 a.m. Monday. 

MARBLEHEAD

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 1:23 p.m. Monday at Mill Pond. Report taken.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 8:43 a.m. Monday on the corner of Gilbert Heights Road and Ocean Avenue; at 9:39 a.m. on the corner of Palmer Road and Tedesco Street; at 10:09 a.m. on the corner of Laurel Street and Humphrey Street; at 12:10 p.m. on Beach Street; at 2:57 p.m. on the corner of Gilbert Heights Road and Ocean Avenue. Citations issued.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:14 p.m. Monday on Atlantic Avenue. Services rendered; at 4:57 p.m. Monday in the vicinity of Atlantic Avenue. Party transported to hospital.

PEABODY

Arrest

Rico Sutton was arrested at 6:43 a.m. Monday on Washington Street after being served a probation warrant.

Trevor Bady, 21, was arrested at 12:11 p.m. Monday as a courtesy booking for another department.

DPW Callout

A report of a water main break at 6:04 p.m. on Lake Avenue. The Department of Public Works was notified.

Fraud

A report of fraud at 5:14 a.m. Monday on Elm Street. Caller reported their computer was hacked. Officer reported the incident was a phishing attempt and cleared the report.

A report of fraud at 4:42 p.m. Monday on Ledgewood Way. Caller reported their phone was compromised over the weekend defrauded out of money. Officer documented.

Harassment

A report of harassment at 12:42 p.m. Monday on Andover Street. Officer will document.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle being broken into at 6:10 a.m. Monday on Elm Street. Caller reported their car was broken into overnight. Officer reported the car was broken into and will document.

A report of a car being stolen at 6:25 a.m. Monday on Elm Street. Caller reported their car was stolen. Officer reported their car was stolen and documented the incident.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:04 a.m. Monday on Lowell Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident involved three cars at 11:41 a.m. Monday on Washington Street. The operator of one of the vehicles was transported to Salem Hospital.

A report of a motor vehicle being broken into at 12:29 p.m. Monday on Berry Place. Officer will document.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:58 p.m. Monday on Washington Place. A vehicle drove through a fence into a house and damaged 2 Washington Place and 6 Washington Place.

A report of a past motor vehicle hit and run at 2:44 p.m. Monday on Roosevelt Avenue.

A report of a motor vehicle being broken into at 4:04 p.m. Monday on Elm Street. Caller reported their car was broken into overnight.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:42 p.m. Monday on Lynnfield Street.

SAUGUS

Larceny

An individual walked into the station on Monday at 10:33 a.m. to report that an unknown male walked onto his property on Essex Street and took several items.

Motor Vehicles

While responding to a call, an officer’s vehicle was run off the road and struck by another motor vehicle on Hamilton Street on Monday at 10:40 a.m.

An individual walked into the station at 3:25 p.m. on Monday to report that their vehicle had items stolen from it on Pranker Road.

Shoplifting

An employee at Marshall’s at 655 Broadway on Monday at 7:28 p.m. reported that a male attempted to leave the store with a $300 speaker. Dispatched officer reports that the man dropped everything in his possession prior to leaving the store, and fled in an unknown direction.

Suspicious Activity

Caller reported at 11:43 p.m. on Monday that three individuals were launching fireworks onto the highway near Bernie and Phyl’s. Dispatched officer who reported the area was all clear upon arrival.

SWAMPSCOTT

Motor Vehicle Stops

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 6:31 a.m. Monday on Essex Street; at 11:19 a.m. on Walker Road; at 1:32 p.m. Monday on 15 Danvers Road. Citations issued.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 8:14 a.m. Monday on 4 Morningside Drive. Services rendered.
