PEABODY — After an joint investigation with the Salem Police Department, the Peabody Police Department arrested two people on drug-related charges.
Sterling Cuello Soto, 31, of Lynn, was charged with trafficking fentanyl, two counts of possession with intent to distribute a class B substance, and distributing a Class B substance.
Thomas Gallant, 38, of Peabody, was charged with two counts of distributing a class B substance and two counts of possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance.
In a statement, the Peabody Police Department said that the suspects will be arraigned at Peabody District Court. It stated the investigation is “far from over,” and the department is “diligently evaluating further evidence.”
