LYNN

Arrests

Troy Adgurson, 34, of Bowler Street, was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, violation of marked lanes, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and lights violation at 12:50 a.m. on Wednesday.

Dana Lamb, 58, of Rose Avenue, Marblehead, was arrested on the charges of Class B drug possession, carrying a dangerous weapon, violation of marked lanes, crosswalk violation and possession of alcohol from an open container at 11:39 p.m. on Tuesday.

Jordy Mata, 25, of Lowell Street, Lawrence, was arrested on the charges of 3 default warrants, a straight warrant, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, trespassing, Class D drug distribution, failure to stop for the police and operation a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and warrant charges for motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, Class D possession of drugs to distribute, false ID information and Class D drug distribution at 6:26 p.m. on Tuesday.

Benedidto Reyes Salcedo, was warranted on the charge of threatening to commit at 11:33 a.m. on Tuesday. 

Breaking and Entering

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday at Sewall Street; at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday at Washington Street.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 2:37 a.m. Tuesday at Belle Avenue; at 2:06 p.m Tuesday at Boston Street; at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday at Neptune Boulevard; at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday at Cottage Street; at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday at Cottage Street; at 6:38 p.m. Tuesday at Cottage Street; at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday at Wendy’s/Lynnway; at 11:06 p.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Street.

Drugs 

A report of drugs at 1:44 p.m. Tuesday at Common Street; 2:17 p.m. Tuesday at Union Street; at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday at Washington Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 11:18 p.m. Tuesday at Summerset Center.

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 12:38 p.m. Tuesday at Raddin Grove Avenue; at 1:01 p.m. Tuesday at Market Street.

A report of shoplifting at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart/Lynnway; at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday at Jimmy’s Discount Liquor/Western Avenue.

Trespassing 

A report of trespassing at 5:53 a.m. Tuesday at Newhall Street; at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Washington Street; at 6:13 a.m. Wednesday at Eastern Bank/Market Street; at 6:38 a.m. Wednesday at MBTA parking garage/Market Street.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday at Moulton Street.

MARBLEHEAD

Arrest

Rodrick Corgelas, 39, of 293 Jefferson Avenue, Salem, was arrested on the charge of a non-Marblehead warrant after a motor vehicle stop at 12:15 Tuesday in the vicinity of West Shore Drive and Lorraine Terrace.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Broughton Road. Peace restored.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday on the corner of Cottage and Commercial Street. Investigated.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Pleasant Street; at 10:32 a.m. in the vicinity of West Shore Drive and Evans Road. Citations issued.

PEABODY

Animal Control

A report of geese being hit by a vehicle at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday on Russell Street and Lowell Street. DPW was called.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 4:44 p.m. Tuesday on Avalon Drive. Officer reported suspects were gone on arrival; at 5:38 p.m. Tuesday on Lynnfield Street; at 10:18 p.m. Tuesday on Raylen Avenue. Caller reported a group of youths playing basketball loudly late at night. Officer reported the group left prior to the officer’s arrival.

Fraud

A report of fraud at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday. Caller reported Apple Card fraud. Officer will document.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident involving two cars at 7:02 a.m. Tuesday on Andover Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:12 p.m. Tuesday on Summit Street. There were no injuries and one car was towed; at 4:33 p.m. Tuesday on Central Street. There were no injuries and no cars were towed; at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday on Lynnfield Street and Summit Street. One operator was transported to Salem Hospital.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 11:49 p.m. Tuesday on Mt Vernon Street. Caller reported there was an orange moped parked across the street from her residence. Caller wanted the activity noted, but did not wish to speak with an officer at this time.

SAUGUS

Motor Vehicles

Individual came into the station on Tuesday at 2:10 pm to report that their car was hit on Birch Street, with the other vehicle leaving the scene.

Motor vehicle accident with injury was reported on Lincoln Avenue and Bates Road on Tuesday at 5:21 pm. Ambulance transported one to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.

Caller reported at 7:19 am on Wednesday that their vehicle was damaged the prior evening at Red Roof Inn at 920 Broadway, with the other vehicle leaving the scene.

Police Information

A cyclist informed an officer of a firearm on the street located in front of Nicky’s Pizza Time at 8:18 am on Wednesday. Further investigation confirmed the firearm was legitimate, and it was taken to the station for processing.

Shoplifting

Loss Prevention at Sunglass Hut at 1201 Broadway called to report a prior shoplifting incident at 5:42pm on Tuesday, where 47 pairs of sunglasses were taken, totaling $18,400.

Wires Down

Caller reported a tree down on wires on Tuesday at 2:30pm at Breakheart Reservation. National Grid was notified, and DCR said they will assist in removal of the tree.

SWAMPSCOTT

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 2:06 p.m. on 11 Eastman Ave. Caller reports male party who had a disabled motor vehicle on the street and returned to get vehicle then made harassing remarks to a 13 year old who was outside the home. Report taken.

Motor Vehicle Stop

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday on the corner of Paradise Road and Parsons Drive. Citations issued.

Ordinance Violation

A report of an ordinance violation at 10:13 a.m. Tuesday on 142 Redington St. Caller reports a neighbor’s landscaper using a gas-powered leaf blower. Services rendered.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday on 220 Atlantic Ave. Resident arrived at front desk to file a report regarding past vandalism and suspicious activity. Report taken.
