LYNNFIELD — The Lynnfield Planning Board continued its public hearing on the special permit for 1301 Main Street at its meeting on Wednesday.
Toll Brothers, Inc. and The Morin-Cameron Group, Inc. applied to build a 66-unit senior housing development, The Regency at Lynnfield, at 1301 Main Street and the Planning Board continued to review their plans.
Dan Powers of The Morin-Cameron Group spoke on behalf of the applicants and presented their revisions to the plan after the plan’s peer review.
The plan for the Regency was peer reviewed by TEC, Inc. on behalf of the Planning Board.
One revision after the first round of peer review Powers presented was testing the soil in the areas to analyze bio retention. This includes moving around the plans for stormwater basins and runoffs.
He also said the revised plans include feedback from TEC on the system of how the sewer flows from dwellings to the septic tank.
Powers said the construction plans are still undergoing more revisions based on a second round of peer review comments from TEC.
He said the further revisions will include items such as septic designs and the landscaping and lighting plans.
