Maynor Hernandez Lopez, 27, of Lander Street, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, and having an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.
Amorelis Iraola, 29, of Green Street, was arrested on two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, and assault.

Motor Vehicles
Caller reported that they were tracking their vehicle which they believed was stolen on Broadway at 11 a.m. on Monday. Dispatched officers attempted to catch up to the vehicle, but was unable to do so. Vehicle fled the area into Revere. Caller was transferred to MSP Revere.
An individual walked into the station at 4:28 p.m. on Monday to report that two plates off of their motor vehicle were stolen on Maple Street on 8/4. Report taken.
Caller reported their motor vehicle was struck by a large white Jeep on Central and Church on Monday at 5:25 p.m., which then left the scene. The vehicle traveled up Church St. Dispatched officers reported the incident occurred at Central and Adams. A notification to Lynn was made. Vehicle was towed.
Shoplifting
Officer met with Loss Prevention at Home Depot at 564 Broadway on Monday at 9:39 a.m. to ID and remove a shoplifter. Individual was trespassed from the location by Loss Prevention. Officers filed a report.

Suspicious Activity
A report of suspicious activity at 9:59 a.m. Monday on 200 Essex St. Vehicle in the senior center parking lot had had rear window smashed. Report taken.
