LYNN — Beyond Walls murals will be installed from Aug. 5 – 20 throughout downtown Lynn. Follow @beyondwallslynn on Instagram and Facebook for more information.

Lynn Arts & Culture Festival Mural Tours
Aug. 10, 10 a.m.  and 1 p.m.

Come out for a Mural Tour and enjoy downtown during the Lynn Arts and Culture Festival. There is ample street parking near the Beyond Walls office and a free trolley that will be circulating between all of the festival sites.

Departing from the Beyond Walls office at 18 Mt. Vernon St.

Mural Reveal @ Bent Water
Feat. Mural reveal with artist Ruben Ubiera
Aug. 15, 6  -10 p.m.
Art and beer. A match made in heaven. Enjoy great Lynn-made beer while artist Ruben Ubiera puts the finishing touches on his mural installation in the Bent Water Tap Room! But that’s not  all — you can share a drink with some of the Beyond Walls artists visiting from all over the world and the “Classroom to Streets” (CTTS) educators. Drink, chat, and have some fun while supporting the favorite hometown brewer Bent Water!
Trash Bags to the Streets
Aug. 17, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Come for an art filled day of service filled with food, fun, and community! Enjoy a “Trash Bags to the Streets” Mural Tour that also serves a valuable community service of removing trash from the streetscape. Together, trash from downtown Lynn will be removed while participants take in many incredible murals. Afterwards we will have a BBQ, refreshments, and interactive kids activities.

Bags, gloves, and equipment provided. Walking shoes are necessary. This event is all ages.

Youth are welcome and encouraged!

Free street parking is available on Mt Vernon Street and in the MBTA Ellis Street parking lot off Silsbee Street. The MBTA Lynn stop is steps from the Beyond Walls office.

United Rentals, the office of Mayor Jared Nicholson, and the Department of Public Works are partners on this event.
