LYNN 

Arrests

Manuel Medina, 43, of Washington Street, was arrested on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Carlos Polanco, 27, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and having an Idle engine of a stopped motor vehicle.
Summons 

Jamie Dingler received a warrant charge for misdemeanor breaking and entering, and larceny under $12,000. 

Fight 

A report of a fight at 190 Washington St at 5:23 a.m. Thursday. 

Motor Vehicle Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 40 Neptune Blvd at 11:31 a.m. Thursday.; at Speedway Gas Station at 11:32 a.m. Thursday.
Motor Vehicle Theft
A report of motor vehicle theft at 12 Ellis St at  7:40 a.m. Thursday. 

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at CVS/65 Boston St at 12:33 p.m. Thursday. 

LYNNFIELD

Breaking and Entering

Caller reported that an unknown party broke into their vehicle on Friday at 2:48 a.m. on Carpenter Road. Caller also reported that the individual gained access to their garage, stealing a bicycle. The individual said they have camera footage of the incident.

Caller reported that two of their motor vehicles were unlocked and had been looked through by an unknown party on Friday at 6:55 a.m. on Carpenter road, but believes nothing was taken.

Fireworks

Caller reported that a trash truck 3:36 a.m. on Thursday on Broadway was on fire, and their fire extinguisher was not working. Caller called back to report that the driver of the truck was able to extinguish the fire.

Motor Vehicles

Caller reported at 1:12 a.m. on Thursday when they were walking their friend home that a silver van was circling the neighborhood, and stated they heard yelling and screaming.

Suspicious Auto

Individual stated that they had DoorDash delivered at 8:45 p.m. on Thursday on Elizabeth Way, and that two men speaking Spanish arrived at their door showing the DoorDash, and that 15 minutes later, they returned to the door, which the individual did not open. The individual let their dog out, and the two men ran to their car and drove away.

MARBLEHEAD

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 2:41 p.m. Thursday on Pond Street. Report taken.

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:05 a.m. Thursday on Bassett Street. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicle Crash

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:28 p.m. Thursday in the vicinity of Charlotte Road and Humphrey Street. Report taken.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 9:21 a.m. Thursday on Tedesco Street.

PEABODY

Larceny

Caller reported at 1:06 p.m. on Thursday that their mother’s handicap placard was stolen on Collins Street.

Caller reported at 2:44 p.m. on Thursday that family heirloom, a teaspoon, was stolen on Canterbury Court.

Threats

Caller reported on Thursday at 6:12 p.m. that their 13 year old son was being threatened by a 16 year old at school. As the incident happened in Beverly, they were advised to speak with Beverly PD.

Vandalism

A brick from a front yard on Pulaski Street was thrown through the rear window of a truck on Thursday at 8:47 a.m.

SAUGUS

Larceny

Caller advised his motorcycle was tampered with overnight on Thursday at 12:04 p.m. on Essex Street, and parts were stolen. Report to follow.

Motor Vehicles

Caller reported a motor vehicle into a pole, and wires across the road at 76 Walnut St. on Thursday at 6:18 a.m. Individual refused ambulance service, and the vehicle was towed.

Shoplifting

Loss Prevention at Macy’s at 1201 Broadway reported at 2:46 p.m. on Thursday that an employee was detained for shoplifting.

SWAMPSCOTT

Hazardous Condition

A report of a hazardous condition at 7:30 a.m. Thursday on Monument Avenue. Caller reports a large branch fell and is partially blocking road. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicle Parking Violation

A report of a motor vehicle parked at 9:33 a.m. Thursday on the corner of Eastman Avenue and Essex Street. Toyota Camry had been parked on the sidewalk for days. Citation issued.
