LYNN — English High School Class of 1969 alums are invited to the 55th reunion at Gannon Golf Course on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.
The night will include a full buffet, music, dancing, and photo opportunities. Dinner will start at 8 p.m.
“This 55th reunion is extra special because from our original class of over 650 students we have actually been able to luckily congregate every five years since 1969 graduation day,” Claire Cavanagh, Class of ’69 and a member of the Reunion Committee said.
Cavanagh described the event as chance for she and her peers to “catch up and act up.”
“The friendships we made in high school in a lot of cases have continued on over the last 50 years. We, the committee, feel very fortunate to be able to congregate again in this regard,” Cavanagh said.
The registration deadline is Saturday, Sept. 21. Those who wish to attend can register by sending a check to committee member Pat Krol at 60 Dodge St., Apt. 19 in Beverly. The cost is $65 per person.
