LYNN

Arrest 

Cesar Garcia, 22, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lane violation, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.. 

Motor Vehicle Accident 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 425 Chestnut St at 12:15 Sunday.; at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Maple Street at 2:32 a.m. Sunday; at 32 Lewis St. at 1:15 a.m. Sunday. 

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at Family Dollar / 200 Union St. at 10:36 a.m. Sunday; at 2:43 a.m. at 100 Broadway. 

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at Walgreens / 290 Broadway at 1:19 a.m. Sunday; at 11:25 a.m. at Walmart / 780 Lynnway. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at Great Woods Road at 10:50 a.m. Sunday. 

MARBLEHEAD

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 11:33 a.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street. Report taken.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 8:43 a.m. Sunday in the vicinity of Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street. Citation issued.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 9:31 a.m. Sunday on Front Street. Services rendered.

SAUGUS

Breaking and Entering

A caller stated that an unknown person opened her screen door at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Sunday on Elmwood Avenue. The person fled in a blue/grey vehicle. The matter is under investigation.

Disturbance

A caller reported an intoxicated male on Newhall Avenue at 9:22 p.m. on Sunday yelling out of a window and shining a laser pointer at juveniles. Dispatched officers report speaking with multipl parties, who were not forthcoming with information.

Motor Vehicles

A caller reported that he was involved in a motor vehicle accident at 5:14 p.m. on Sunday on Walnut and Spring Street, and it is causing a traffic situation.
