Lynn Police Department finds missing 13-year-old

LYNN — The police department has concluded its search for Justice Phan, 13, who ran away from home on Friday. Phan has been found, according to a statement from the department.

The search began at about 9 a.m. and ended at about 4:15 p.m. Friday.
