LYNN

Arrests

Kristen Bell, 43, of Essex Street was arrested on a default warrant for shoplifting by concealing MDSE at 3:29 p.m. Thursday. 

Matthew Donovan, 42, of South Street West Newbury, was arrested on charges of attempting to commit crime, and breaking and entering a boat at 3:10 a.m. Friday. 

Fonda Fontem Etiendem, 37, of Carlton Terrace, was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge at 11:26 a.m. Thursday. 

Michael Fauteux, 43, of Tilton was arrested on charges of larceny over $1,200 and breaking and entering a boat at 4:05 a.m. Thursday. 

Motor Vehicles 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 105 Linwood Rd at 7:10 a.m. Thursday; at 157 Walnut St at 7:27 a.m. Friday; at 157 Walnut St at 8:02 a.m. Thursday;  a report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 535 Lynnway at 6:51 a.m. Thursday; at the intersection of Sagamore Street and Washington Street at 10:24 a.m. Thursday; at the intersection of Boston Street and New Park Street at 11:31 a.m. Thursday. 

Larceny

A report of shoplifting at Market Basket / 40 Federal St. at 12:20 p.m. Thursday; a report of larceny at 135 South St. at 11:25 a.m. Thursday. 

Drugs 

A report of drugs at 53 Willow St. at 11:47 a.m. Thursday. 

 

MARBLEHEAD

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 12:22 p.m. Thursday on Ruby Avenue. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicle Crashes

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:08 a.m. Thursday on the corner of West Shore Drive and Lafayette Street. Services rendered; at 12:53 p.m. on the corner of Londonderry and Westminster Road. Investigated.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 12:50 a.m. Thursday on Trager Road.

 

SAUGUS 

Disturbances
A report of a disturbance at 2:15 p.m. Thursday on School Street. Caller reports a male who is known to him entered his home without permission and is outside in the driveway. Dispatched Officers report a verbal argument over an eviction process. Peace restored; A report of a disturbance at 5:16 a.m. Friday at 860 Broadway. Video monitoring company reports that there is an unauthorized truck on the construction site. Officer reports speaking to the male who is a worker who is arriving to work. Service rendered.

Larceny
A report of larceny at 12:14 p.m. Thursday at Best Buy on 1201 Broadway. Store manager reports that a female stole a tablet on Wednesday and is back in the store. Dispatched Officers report that the female left before their arrival and no crime was committed on Thursday. Report taken.

Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:48 a.m. Thursday on 66 Broadway. Caller reports an MVA with no injury. State on scene to handle. Services rendered; a report at 7:36 p.m. Thursday at Ocean State Job Lot on 1020 Broadway. Caller reports an accident involving a motorcycle, she states the driver seemed dazed. Vehicle towed; A report at 12:01 a.m. Friday on Summer Street. Caller reports she hit a curb and flipped her car over. No injuries. Report taken. 

 

SWAMPSCOTT

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 9:34 a.m. Thursday on 35 Burpee Road.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 4:39 p.m. Thursday on 250 Essex St.; at 8:31 p.m. on 695 Humphrey St.; at 9:02 p.m. on 307 Paradise Road. Citations issued.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 1:07 p.m. Thursday on 24 Redington St. Kids were banging on window of old Hadley School. Services rendered.
