Arrest
Nickolas Gardner, 26, of Blaney Avenue, for charges of disorderly conduct, two charges assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and assault, after a report of an unwanted person-guest at 2:02 a.m. Saturday on Main Street.
Javon Huston, 35, of Danvers, was arrested for a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise after asset protection made a report at 5:04 p.m. Saturday on Howley Street that they attempted to detain a shoplifter who then ran back into the store to evade detainment.

A summons was issued to Nikitalynne Butler, 36, of Erving, for charges of operation of an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, registration not in possession, and attaching plates, after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:25 p.m. Saturday on Taylor Street .
