LYNN

Arrests

Gilton Filho, 35, of Judge Town Road,  was arrested at 6:11 p.m. Thursday for charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and assault and battery.

William Finn, 49,  of Cleveland Avenue, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Thursday for shoplifting by asportation and possession/carrying of a knife. Finn was issued a warrant for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Jaleel Floyd, 31, of Sheridan Street, was arrested at 7:42 pm. Thursday for the charge of a straight warrant. Floyd was issued a warrant for destruction of property.

Yeremy Pimental, 32, of Joyce Street, was arrested Thursday at 11:38 p.m. Thursday for a charge of a courtesy booking.

MARBLEHEAD

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud
A report of larceny/fraud at 11:52 a.m. on Evans Road. Report taken.

Complaints
Reports of general complaints: 12:26 p.m. on Lafayette Street (Report taken), 1:40 p.m. on Preston Beach Road, and 3:09 p.m. on Lincoln Park.

Motor Vehicle Crashes
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:42 p.m. on Tedesco Street. Report taken.

Motor Vehicle Complaints
Reports of moving motor vehicle complaints: 7:32 p.m. on Mugford Street and Mechanic Street (Could not locate) and 9:36 p.m. on Ocean Avenue (Investigated).

Disturbance
A report of a disturbance at 9:47 p.m. on Doaks Lane. Unfounded.

SAUGUS

Hazardous Road Conditions

A report of hazardous road conditions at 3:02 p.m. Thursday at Stella’s Pizzeria on 465 Essex St. Caller advised there is a gate that is unlocked and keeps opening into the street causing cars to swerve. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:09 a.m. Thursday on Lincoln Avenue at Seagirt Avenue. Caller reports a motor vehicle accident. Report taken; A report at 6:05 p.m. at Owen’s motors on 109 Broadway. Caller reports a two-car MVA in the middle lane, light smoke coming from one vehicle. Services rendered.

Property Damage

A report of property damage at 11:45 p.m. Thursday at the Public Safety Building on 27 Hamilton Street. A walk-in asked for assistance regarding homeless shelters in the area. Services rendered.
