LYNN

Arrest

Fernando Murga, 40, was arrested for a charge of trespassing at 9:03 a.m. Wednesday. 

Warrant

Warrants were issued to Fernando Andino Diaz, of Willow Street, for two charges of larceny under $1,200 at 12:09 a.m. Wednesday.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 3:49 a.m. Wednesday on New Park Street; at 10:34 a.m. on Chestnut Street and Maple Street; and at 12:08 p.m. on Lynnfield Street.

Motor Vehicle

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:09 a.m. Wednesday in the vicinity of Cedar Brook Road and Harris Road; at 7:51 a.m. on Boston Street; at 12:32 p.m. on Western Avenue; at 2:04 p.m. on Lynnfield Street; at 3:06 p.m. in the vicinity of Commercial Street and S Common Street; and at 6:34 p.m. on Centre Street.

Marilyn Carter, 74, was arrested for a charge of OUI-Liquor .08%, Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle at 5:37 p.m. Wednesday.

Found/Lost Property
Reports of found/lost property: 9:36 a.m. on Clifton Avenue, 10:42 a.m. on Washington Street, and 1:20 p.m. on Clifton Avenue.

Services rendered; A report at 3:05 p.m. at Dick’s Sporting Goods at 1201 Broadway. A store employee reports a female causing a disturbance. Peace restored.
Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:53 a.m. Wednesday on Main Street at Pierce Memorial Drive. Officer reports a two-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries reported. Services rendered.
Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 4:56 Wednesday at Target at 400 Lynn Fells Parkway. Loss prevention reports a known party who they believe will be attempting to steal two vacuum cleaners. Report taken.

Unwanted Party
A report of an unwanted party at 8:56 a.m. Wednesday at Dunkin Donuts at 508 Lincoln Ave. Caller reports an unwanted male loitering inside the store. Male left without incident. Services rendered.
