LYNN

Arrests

Ivan Lemus, 18, of Graves Avenue, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. for charges of disorderly conduct, assault with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, and attempting to commit a crime. 

Emmanuel Gonzalez, 39, of Newcastle Street, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. for a charge of a default warrant. Gonzalez was issued warrants for three charges of drug possession to distribute and drug distribution of a class B drug. 

Alejandro Esteban, 54, of Liberty Street, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Monday for a charge of armed assault to murder.

Report of a break and entry at 2:33 a.m. Monday at Taqueria Los Compadres on Broad Street; 9:52 a.m. on Neptune Boulevard; and 1:10 p.m. on Sheridan Street. 

Missing Person

A report of a missing person at 2:14 a.m. Monday on Elmwood Avenue.   

Motor Vehicles

A report of a break and entry into a motor vehicle at 10:06 a.m. Monday on Walden Street. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:36 a.m. Monday at Dunkin Donuts on Lynnfield Street and at 12:21 p.m. on park street. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident involving a hit and run at 10:17 a.m. on Broad Street.

Noise Complaints

A report of a noise complaint at 2:05 a.m. Monday on Magner Road; 2:41 a.m. on Estes Street; 3:15 a.m. on Shepard Street.

Services rendered; A report at 6:06 a.m. at Barn Carwash on 110 Frank Bennet Highway. The security company reported an activation. Building appears secure; A report at 6:47 a.m. on Birch Pond Drive. Central alarm called to report an activation. Cancelled prior to arrival; A report at 10:40 a.m. on Heritage Lane. Alarm company reporting a residential burglary alarm. Services rendered; A report at 4:35 p.m. on Adams Avenue. ADT reports an alarm coming from the front door. Accidental/defective alarm. 

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 11:26 p.m. Sunday on Newhall Avenue. Homeowner called in to report a vehicle parked outside her house for the past hour, playing loud music and making excessive noise. Peace restored. 

Hazard

A report of hazardous road conditions at 9:21 a.m. Sunday at V.F.W. Post on Main Street. Patrol reports debris across lanes causing hazard. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:08 a.m. Monday at Dunkin Donuts on 1204 Broadway. Caller reports a two-car accident with no injuries. Report taken; A report at 8:05 a.m. on Osprey Road at Broadway. Caller reports a vehicle struck her car and fled the scene. Report taken; A report at 5:34 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue at Lawndale Avenue. Caller reports an accident with reported injury. Report taken.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 5:37 p.m. Monday on the Salem Turnpike. Verbal warning; A report at 5:52 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue at Sunnyside Park. Verbal warning.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 9:51 a.m. Monday on Eutis Street. Caller reports a white sedan pulled into the woods. Cancelled prior to arrival; A report at 1:54 p.m. on Bennett Avenue. Caller reports a male sleeping inside. Services rendered. 

Noise Complaints

A report of a noise complaint at 2:24 a.m. Sunday on Bristow Street. Caller reports loud music coming from a neighbors home. Services rendered; A report at 3:02 a.m. on Bristow Street. Caller reports a loud party at her neighbors house. Services rendered. 

Suspicious Activities

A report of a suspicious activity at 12:43 p.m. Sunday at Red Roof Inn on 920 Broadway. Caller reports she found her tires slashed. Services rendered.

Suspicious Substances

A report of a suspicious substance at 8:25 p.m. Sunday at Wood Spring Extended Stay on Broadway. Staff reports they located a bag of what they believe to be Heroin. Brought to station. 

SWAMPSCOTT

MOTOR VEHICLES

At 7:24 a.m., a report was filed of a motor vehicle stop at Humphrey St. and Humphrey Terrace. The driver was given a verbal warning by the officer.

At 7:49 a.m., a report was filed of a motor vehicle accident at Essex St.

At 8:57 a.m., a caller stated that a motor vehicle was parked in front of residence, in violation of signage, at Orchard Rd. Officer stated it was a non-violation, resident parking only enforceable until 9 a.m.

At 9:46 a.m., a report was filed of a motor vehicle stop at Atlantic and Bradley Ave. The vehicle had two occupants, and was given a written warning by the officer.

At 3:28 p.m., a report was filed of a motor vehicle accident on Paradise Rd. No injuries were reported and paperwork was exchanged at the scene.

HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

At 12:16 p.m., a report was filed of hazardous conditions at Burrill St. Reports of low-hanging cable wires not pushed off to the side.
