LYNN

Arrests

Raviel Carrasquillo, 42, of South Street, was arrested for a straight warrant at 3:19 p.m. Friday. Carrasquillo was issued warrants for assault and battery on 60+/disabled, a subsequent charge of possession of a Class A drug, and two charges of shoplifting by transportation.

Andre Carrasquillo, 41, of Fisher Lane, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. Friday for charges of possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug, and a straight warrant on Friday.

Isaiah Gonzalez, 28, of Euclid Avenue, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. Friday for a straight warrant charge. Gonzalez was issued warrant charges on Friday for trespassing, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, larceny from person, distribution of a Class B drug, and assault and battery.

Alfredo Rodriguez, 38, of Gray Brair Lane, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. for charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and trespassing.

Catalino Mendez Ramirez, 42, of Essex Circle, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Friday for a default warrant. Mendez Ramirez was issued warrants on Friday for three charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed/suspended option of a motor vehicle, and assault and battery.

Riqueily De La Rosa, 22, of Clairmont, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, disguising to obstruct justice, a motor vehicle lights violation, and refusal to identify self as a motor vehicle operator.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 1:03 a.m. Saturday on Millard Avenue, at 8:38 a.m. on Lewis Street, at 17:07 p.m. on Lynnway, and at 6:13 p.m. on Union Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:31 a.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street, and at 11:12 a.m. on Western Avenue.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 9:58 a.m. Saturday on Locust Street, and at 12:28 p.m. on School Street.

MARBLEHEAD

Alarm

A report of a burglar alarm at 1:45 a.m. Saturday on Ocean Avenue, services rendered.

General Complaints

Reports of general complaints at 12:49 a.m. Saturday on Baldwin Avenue (services rendered), at 2:41 p.m. on Lafayette Street, and 3:47 p.m. on Laurel Street.

PEABODY

Arrest

Daniel Joseph Kee, 59, of Proctor Circle, was arrested for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor at 9:28 p.m. on Lowell Street after a caller reported a red truck swerved off the road several times while travelling down Russell Street inbound from Middleton.

Assault and Battery

A report of assault and battery was made at 4:13 a.m. Saturday on Lowell Street. An anonymous caller reported witnessing an assault at the 7-Eleven on Lowell Street. Investigated.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 12:29 a.m. Saturday on Webster Street (services rendered), at 4:34 a.m. on Washington Street (services rendered), at 9 a.m. on Warren Street (services rendered), at 11:12 p.m. on Webster Street (peace restored), and at 11:33 p.m. on Route 128 North (services rendered).

Fraud

A report of fraud was made at 12:20 a.m. Saturday on Vieira Drive. Investigated.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 12:36 a.m. Saturday on Newbury Street. The night auditor at Spring Hill Suites called to report a past motor vehicle hit and run.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:45 p.m. Saturday in the vicinity of Washington Street and Mason Street. (investigated), at 2:09 p.m. in the vicinity of Lowell Street and Columbus Road (services rendered), at 2:45 p.m. in the vicinity of Lynn Street and Fairview Avenue (vehicle towed), at 6:01 p.m. on Fulton Street (vehicle towed), at 6:26 p.m. on Andover Street (investigated).

A report of a road rage incident at 5:02 p.m. Saturday on Main Street (investigated).

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious motor vehicle activity at 12:19 a.m. Saturday on Sewall Street. A caller reported a motor vehicle idling in the back of the lot. The motor vehicle was gone upon arrival.

A report of suspicious activity at 9:15 p.m. on Central Street. Investigated.
