Stephen Ovalles, 50, of Prescott Road, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. for a charge of a straight warrant. Ovalles was issued warrants for operations of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, an unregistered motor vehicle, and speeding.
